Both versions should communicate the same offer, give accurate details and feel natural to their readers. A small approval checklist helps the design and marketing team review meaning, layout and the customer’s next step before scheduling.
Approve the source message first
Write down the purpose, intended audience and one main message before creating language versions. Identify the exact product or service, any offer conditions and the destination for enquiries. Obtain supporting information for statements that need evidence. Product, health and performance claims should be approved by the responsible business reviewer; a designer should not invent them to fill space. Keep the final source wording available to the translator.
Translate meaning and practical details
Review Arabic as a complete message rather than translating every English phrase mechanically. Check product names, quantities, prices, dates and contact details against the source. If English and Arabic require different line lengths, adjust the layout without removing an essential condition. Read each version on its own to confirm that neither depends on the other to explain the offer. Record any intentional localisation with the approving person.
Check the mobile artwork and caption together
Preview the exported artwork at a realistic mobile size. Review Arabic joining and punctuation, contrast and the placement of numbers alongside right-to-left text. Make sure the caption does not contradict or repeat an outdated version of the graphic. Check that platform cropping leaves essential information visible. If the image contains existing product packaging, verify that the visible wording and the caption describe the same item.
Control the final version before scheduling
Use a clear file name and keep one approved artwork-and-caption pair for each language. Confirm the posting date, relevant account and enquiry link before scheduling. If information changes, withdraw or update both versions together and check the scheduled entries again. After publication, open the post as a visitor and test the available contact route. Save the approval record so future edits have a reliable starting point.
