Preparing Creative Materials for a Paid Advertising Campaign
Paid campaign artwork should communicate a defined offer to a defined audience. Before producing designs or video, agree what the campaign is intended to achieve and where interested people will go next.
Clarify the offer and destination
Write the service or promotion in plain language and identify the intended customer. Check that the destination page explains the same offer and provides a working contact route. If there are conditions or dates, include them in the brief and verify them with the business owner. Avoid creating artwork around an offer that has not been finalised.
Prepare adaptable creative assets
Agree the required formats and build a layout that can be adapted without losing essential information. Keep the main message readable and the action specific. Photography, video and brand graphics should support the same idea. Provide approved logo files and product or project images instead of relying on unverified material.
Plan review and learning
Check text, links and tracking arrangements with the campaign team before launch. Decide how results and enquiries will be reviewed and who can approve changes. Creative testing should change a clear element, such as the headline or image, so the feedback is easier to interpret. Advertising performance depends on more than the artwork and should not be promised in advance.
